1. Services Offered
Yankee Automotive Detailing (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") offers car detailing services, including but not limited to interior detailing, exterior detailing, waxing, polishing, and other related services (collectively, the "Services").
2. Scheduling and Appointments
To schedule an appointment for car detailing, customers must contact us through [Our Web, Phone, or Email].
Appointment availability is subject to our schedule.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Vehicles may take longer than the time on the web, quote or invoice, all depending on the vehicle conditions.
3. Pricing and Payment
The pricing for our car detailing services is listed on our website or provided directly to the customer. There is an extra charge of $50 per hour for [ Excessively dirty vehicle].
Payment is due in full upon completion of the services.

4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must bring the vehicle to the correspondent address for their service.
All personal belongings must be removed from the vehicle prior to detailing. If not, there will be an extra charge.
We are not responsible for any damage to, or loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle during detailing.
We are not responsible for uncompleted jobs if he/she gets the vehicle sooner than the vehicle takes to get done.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least [24 – 48 HR] notice.
Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee

While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle during detailing, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
We are insured against accidents and damage that occur as a direct result of our services.
We take pictures before and after of the vehicle for yours and ours safety.
8. Weather Conditions
Exterior detailing may be affected by adverse weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule services if weather conditions are unsuitable for detailing.
9. Warranty
We do not offer warranties on detailing services, except as required by law.
Any additional warranties will be provided in writing and are subject to specific terms and conditions.
10. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion if the condition of the vehicle is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for detailing.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
