REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: June 22, 2026

Yankee Automotive Detailing is committed to providing high-quality detailing services while respecting the time of both our customers and staff.

Appointment Deposits

• A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure all appointments.

• The deposit will be applied toward the final service balance upon completion of the scheduled service.

• Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or for no-show appointments.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Customers may reschedule their appointment with at least 24 hours notice and transfer their deposit to a future appointment date.

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may receive a deposit credit toward a future appointment within 30 days.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will forfeit the $50 deposit.

No-Shows

• Customers who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their $50 deposit.

• Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment before future appointments can be scheduled.

Late Arrivals

• Customers arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment.

• Service times may be adjusted due to late arrival without a reduction in price.

Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of professional detailing services, all sales are final once services have been completed.

• Refunds are not guaranteed.

• If a customer is dissatisfied with the service, Yankee Automotive Detailing must be notified within 24 hours of service completion.

• We reserve the right to inspect the vehicle and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a touch-up service, re-cleaning of affected areas, partial refund, or other reasonable remedy at our sole discretion.

Vehicle Condition & Liability

• Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings and valuables before service.

• Yankee Automotive Detailing is not responsible for items left inside the vehicle.

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn surfaces, faded paint, loose trim, aftermarket modifications, defective components, stains that cannot be removed, or damage resulting from previously repaired areas.

• Some stains, odors, scratches, water spots, pet hair, and other contamination may be permanent and cannot be guaranteed to be completely removed.

Agreement

By scheduling an appointment, paying a deposit, or receiving services from Yankee Automotive Detailing, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
