By accessing or using the services of Yankee Automotive Detailing ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), including our website and online booking platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Yankee Automotive Detailing provides professional automotive detailing services. Service descriptions, pricing, packages, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, unsanitary conditions, excessive vehicle damage, or customer misconduct.
3. Estimates and Pricing
All quotes and estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of booking. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition of the vehicle, excessive contamination, pet hair, stains, odors, biohazards, or other conditions requiring additional labor or materials.
Additional charges will be discussed with and approved by the customer before work proceeds.
4. Payment and Invoicing
Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Invoices may be issued through the Wix platform or other approved payment systems. Failure to pay an invoice when due may result in collection efforts and additional fees permitted by law.
5. Vehicle Condition and Pre-Existing Damage
Customers acknowledge that Yankee Automotive Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to:

Scratches, chips, dents, paint defects, oxidation, fading, or clear coat failure

Interior stains, tears, burns, discoloration, or wear

Mechanical or electrical issues

Damage caused by previous repairs or modifications
The customer authorizes us to inspect and document the vehicle's condition before and after service.
6. Results Disclaimer
While we strive to provide services that meet our "Alpha Standard," detailing results may vary depending on the vehicle's age, condition, maintenance history, and existing damage.
We do not guarantee the complete removal of stains, odors, scratches, pet hair, water spots, or other defects.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yankee Automotive Detailing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Personal Property
Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings, valuables, firearms, cash, and other items from the vehicle before service.
Yankee Automotive Detailing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property left in the vehicle.
9. Appointment Cancellations and No-Shows
Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Failure to provide proper notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, graphics, branding, service descriptions, photographs, and the phrase "Alpha Standard" are the exclusive property of Yankee Automotive Detailing and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
11. User Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide accurate and current contact information, vehicle information, and service requests.
Users shall not use our website or services for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our operations.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts without regard to conflict of law principles.
