VEHICLE CONDITION & LIABILITY WAIVER

I acknowledge that my vehicle may contain pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint defects, worn upholstery, loose trim, damaged plastics, stained carpeting, cracked leather, faded surfaces, aftermarket modifications, and mechanical or electrical issues.

I understand that Yankee Automotive Detailing will perform services using industry-standard products, tools, and techniques. Due to the age and condition of some vehicles, certain defects, stains, odors, scratches, pet hair, water spots, or contamination may not be completely removable.

I release and hold harmless Yankee Automotive Detailing, its owners, employees, and representatives from liability for pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, hidden defects, aftermarket modifications, or damage resulting from previously repaired or deteriorated surfaces.

I acknowledge that I have removed all valuable personal property from my vehicle prior to service and understand that Yankee Automotive Detailing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

By booking service, paying a deposit, signing electronically, or allowing work to begin, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to this Vehicle Condition & Liability Waiver.
