Ozone Treatment is also available, apound request. (free of charge). To get your car smelling fresh and new again. ($25 a hour) For Excessively dirty vehicles- debris- pet hair Etc.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments at Yankee Automotive Detailing are pre-scheduled and reserved exclusively for your vehicle. By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms outlined below. Deposit Requirement: A deposit may be necessary to secure your appointment. The deposit amount will be deducted from your final balance unless specified otherwise at the time of booking. If a deposit is required, your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Any changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit. No-Show Policy: If you miss your appointment without notice or if we cannot begin service due to the vehicle being unavailable, locked, or the customer not present, your deposit may be forfeited, and an additional no-show fee may apply. Late Arrival: Please arrive on time. If you are late, we may need to shorten your service, reschedule, or treat the appointment as a no-show if the delay prevents us from completing the job. Vehicle Readiness: The vehicle must be accessible and ready for service at the scheduled time. We are not responsible for delays caused by lack of access, missing keys, blocked vehicles, or unsafe working conditions. Weather and Service Changes: For mobile or outdoor services, Yankee Automotive Detailing may reschedule appointments due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or equipment issues. In such cases, we will work with you to find a suitable new appointment time. Accepted Payments: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in writing. Any remaining balance must be paid in full before the vehicle is released. Policy Updates: There is a $25 per hour charge for excessively dirty interiors, from the moment we start working on the interior of the car to the end of the service. This includes personal belongings that we may need to remove. Yankee Automotive Detailing is not responsible for misplaced belongings, so please remove all personal items. Yankee Automotive Detailing reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of booking applies to that specific appointment.
